Universal side shields that fit Medium to Large Eyeglasses with the spectacle frame arm width < 15mm. They are compatible with most protective eyeglasses and ordinary eyeglasses.

1. Insert the eyeglass leg into the first and second holes.
2. Pull the glasses side shield into place.
3. Repeat the steps for the other side.

Note: The side shields are marked with "L" and "R", indicating the left and right sides respectively. "L size" fits eyeglasses with a bracket width less than 15mm, while "M size" fits those with a width less than 10mm.
